Returns & Refunds

At JadeChime, we want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry purchase. If you're not happy with your item, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached
  • Original proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
  • Personalized/custom-made items cannot be returned unless defective
  • Body chains must be returned in their original hygienic packaging

Refund Process

  1. Contact our customer service team to initiate your return
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  3. Include all certificates, authenticity cards, and accessories
  4. Ship the package to our return address (provided upon request)

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Important Notes

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
  • Damaged or defective items will be replaced at no additional cost
  • Sale items may have different return policies as specified at time of purchase

Crystal Care Exception

Due to the delicate nature of our crystal jewelry, we cannot accept returns for items showing signs of wear or improper care. Please refer to our Crystal Care Guide for proper maintenance instructions.

Keychain Returns

Keychains must be returned with all original attachments and show no signs of use. The keyring must be intact and undamaged.
