Shipping Methods
JadeChime offers worldwide shipping via trusted carriers including DHL, FedEx, and local postal services. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days (tracking included)
- Express Shipping: 3-7 business days (tracking included)
- Local Pickup: Available for select locations (contact-free)
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight, destination, and selected shipping method. Rates will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Free standard shipping is available for orders over $150 USD to most countries.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number on the carrier's website.
For jewelry items valued over $300, we require signature upon delivery for security purposes.
Customs & Import Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
We declare all packages at full value and cannot mark items as "gifts" to avoid fees.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to the delicate nature of our crystal jewelry, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Some countries may have restrictions on certain materials - please check your local regulations before ordering.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer service within 14 days of delivery (for damaged items) or within 30 days of expected delivery (for lost packages). We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
For valuable jewelry items, we recommend choosing insured shipping options at checkout.
Holiday Shipping
During peak seasons (November-January), please allow additional processing and transit time. We will announce specific holiday shipping deadlines on our website and newsletters.
